Terms and Conditions:

there is a 4 week cancellation policy on all the rooms can be cancelled without a fee, any time after this and the whole amount will be due.
Full Prepayment would be due 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.
a rooming list, times for dinner & arrival cocktail for all of your guests are due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
we will require credit card details to secure this booking, if any cancellations are made outside of the cancellation policy outlined above, the card will be charged for this.
